Shipping & Delivery Policies

Please note:  It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. 

On occasion, Borchelli Skincare offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To stay updated with our latest shipping promotions or any other promotions, sign up for Borchelli Skincare by visiting us at www.borchelliskincare.com. We ship to most countries worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS for international packages. This is for Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam via USPS only.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

  • $29.95 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA (free shipping over $495)
  • $59.95 flat fee for selected international countries we ship to (free shipping over $495)

 The processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-9 days or less and 10-29 business days internationally or less. Please remember that this time may vary during the holidays or during limited edition launches. I appreciate your patience.

Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, and Visa. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, air, and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Holiday Shipping Information

The last day to purchase and receive your product is before Christmas Eve (December 23rd), by 6:00 pm EST. in the U.S., by December 13th by 11:59 pm EST. The rest of the country's orders should be purchased by (November 26th) at 11:59 pm EST.
